YILI Machinery manufactures big Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line in China. As the super manufacturer, YILI supplies PE/PP large diameter corrugated pipe extrusion machines from size 200mm to 1200mm. It starts to make single wall corrugated pipes, then to double wall corrugated pipes and then triple or more layers of pipes. The whole production line is combined with Main extruders, both single screw extruder and twin screw extruders are applicable. After the extruder, it comes to the forming die set, then followed with corrugator, haul-off, cooling tank, cutter and stacker. The whole production line is centralized to be controlled by PLC control system. The final products are 200mm to 1200mm corrugated pipes, which used as sewer and drainage pipes in road construction and civil engineering, water conveying pipes, main collectors in agricultural drainage, manholes and other applications.

Features
- Die head has been specially designed to aim at two-layer inline belling structure and feed material by double-spiral co-extrusion structure.
- Big screen LCD human-computer interface system, data-bus technology can achieve full production process supervision and management.
- The corrugated pipe production line is composed of single/double screw extruder, forming machine, mold, air/water cooling device, counter and coiler. It can continuously extrude various sizes of small corrugated pipes;
- With special structure design for screw and mold, which not only ensure the replacement of the mold is convenient and reliable, but also It solves the problem that the screw barrel is easy to wear and difficult to form. The production line is fast, the operation is stable, and the control is simple and easy to operate;
- The forming machine is in a closed structure and can be vacuum formed. The molding module reciprocates in an integrally closed molding tunnel, and the forming tunnel is a sandwich design with the watering cooling inside the jacket. The molding module has no connection with each other, which shortens the time for replacing the molds when changing the sizes to keep high production speed and fast cooling;
- The corrugated pipes produced by this equipment is resistant to high temperature, corrosion, abrasion and high strength. It is used in the fields of electrical threading pipe, automobile threading pipe, sheath pipe, machine tool products, packaged food machinery, electric locomotive, engineering installation, lamps, automatic instrumentation, etc.
