FAQ Of Customer

If you have any questions please contact us we will answer your questions via email as quickly as possible.

Are you a manufacturer, trading company or a third party?
We are a manufacturer, and we have founded our company since 1994.
Our factory is near shanghai Airport, which takes 2.5 hours by car. We can pick you up in the airport.
We have got CE, ISO, SGS, TUV certificates so far.
In general, the delivery time of our machine is about 60 days, customized machine will be delivered as the negotiation with our clients.

All the machines will be tested well before delivered to ensure the machines can run well. After that we will arrange shipment. When the machines arrive customers’ factories, if you need our support or assistance to install the machines on site, we will be pleased to send our engineers to you for installation and commissioning. All the costs will be covered by your side.

The warranty of our machine is normally 12 months after successful commissioning in customer’s factory, or at least 18 months after bill of lading date. During this period, if any problem happened, which need exchange of small parts, we will arrange the international express immediately in 18 hours, to make sure the replace parts to be delivered as soon as possible. And we have our international service team, which will be travelling all the world around to service the customers, we will contact to find the nearest service people for you if needed for site service.
